The CX12 was introduced in 1991 by Hohner's Development Staff Gerhard Knoppek, a new design and a new structure. The best feature is that the German industrial design award winning, sophisticated and elegant look. In addition, the body is just the right thickness for your hand, and the sliding lever has a unique shape for easy operation.
The lead plate and comb are housed in a one-piece mouthpiece and housing. Easy to remove cover from body if needed, easy to maintain.
The tone is straight, well-balanced and responsive to all play styles, including rocks, pops, jazzs, and blues. Ideal for amateur or pro players looking for modern and easy to handle chromatic harmonica.
The CX-12 is available in 9 tones, including basic tones (C tone) as well as the Super Chromonica 270.
